The Road to 1.4-beta: Part 2

Over these last few months I've addressed most of the items on the roadmap.

• the ship slows and comes to a stop unless you are applying thrust
• the game starts when you press LEFT or RIGHT
• you only get ONE LIFE per game, so make it count

Speed adjustments may be added in the future in the form of powerups, but that is beyond the scope of this next release

I've made some minor overhauls to the code and I'm proud to announce that the 1.4 Beta will support the Libretro Lutro core in order to run on RetroArch! This means Space Rocks to will soon be able to run anywhere RetroArch is installed; including settop HTPCs, mobile phones, video game consoles, and single-board computers.
